My daughter had her 5 year old birthday and I loved working with this company from start to finish. I reached out to 3 companies like this and they were the first to respond and the process to confirm was friendly, prompt, and professional. They were kind and personable with answering my questions too. On the day of the visit, our Snow Queen was very adaptive when our daughter was a little scared to join the party. She was great in entertaining her friends but still incorporating our little Snow Queen too until she felt comfortable joining the rest of the group. It was a lovely experience and she and her friends are still talking about it. Would highly recommend.
